NWS text product names are 5 or 6 characters in length. The first 3 characters are the "Product Code" and the remaining characters are the "Issuing Office" or the area for which the product covers. Therefore matching these two character sets does NOT allows produce the expected result.
To work around this, you enter the product code in the "Text Area" box to the left of the "Reset" button and press the <RETURN> or <ENTER> key to submit a query.
